*Sigh*
I hurt everywhere >.< so it was a bit difficult to make the 4 rounds this time.
Today's workout was;
- Squats - 100
- Hop scotch drills - 4 minutes
- Push-ups - 100
Took me all of 1 hour to complete. But I managed, so yay me!
