Harder, better, faster, stronger!



*Sigh*

I hurt everywhere >.< so it was a bit difficult to make the 4 rounds this time.

Today's workout was;
  • Squats - 100
  • Hop scotch drills - 4 minutes
  • Push-ups - 100
Took me all of 1 hour to complete. But I managed, so yay me!
